David Meyer assists a variety of healthcare providers in implementing strategic plans and improving organizational performance by developing business plans that lead (in some cases) to the creation of a Certificate of Need (CON). David has worked with various healthcare providers, including urban medical centers, community hospitals, rural hospitals, investor-owned and not-for-profit outpatient care providers, home care and hospice agencies, long-term care providers and physician groups.
Prior to starting Keystone, David served for a combined eight years as a Senior Consultant at two North Carolina-based planning firms. David began his career serving eight years as the Director of Materials Management for an integrated health system in North Carolina. He had significant revenue and cost responsibilities, and established a reputation for successfully planning and implementing significant organizational performance improvements and cost reductions.

Karin Sandlin utilizes her background in Public Health to assist healthcare organizations in regulatory affairs, business planning, and improving their organizational performance. Karin has worked with healthcare systems, community hospitals, urban and rural hospitals, investor-owned and not-for-profit systems, hospice and home care providers, and physician groups.
Prior to joining Keystone, she served on a management and healthcare consulting team for a North Carolina-based planning firm. Before her career in consulting, Karin was involved in market development for one of the nation's leading healthcare corporations. Karin was successful in establishing new service lines and dramatically diversifying referral bases. She also has experience in managed care and provider network development.
